Vice President of Operations
Oversees all business and operational functions across the D1 campus. Ensures smooth coordination between departments drives performance and supports the strategic growth of culinary education hospitality and entrepreneurship programs. General Manager
Manages daily operations of DeAngelo’s Steakhouse and campus wide services. Ensures guest satisfaction maintains service standards leads staff and resolves issues with efficiency. Best fit for someone who is energetic detail oriented and a natural problem solver.
Assistant General Manager
Supports the GM in all front and back of house operations. Manages schedules service flow and staff engagement. A fast learner with a can do attitude and strong people skills will thrive in this role.
Culinary Analyst
Tracks and analyzes food cost inventory menu performance and kitchen efficiency. Works closely with chefs and procurement to ensure smart sourcing and kitchen profitability. Ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who can move quickly and think critically.
Executive Chef
Leads the culinary vision across the entire organization. Develops menus trains staff maintains high standards and sets the tone for creativity and consistency. Perfect for a bold leader who brings both artistry and structure to the kitchen.
Saucier
Specializes in crafting sauces stocks and finishing touches that elevate every dish. Works with precision under time sensitive conditions. Must be quick on their feet and deeply passionate about flavor.
Sous Chef
Assists the Executive Chef in overseeing the kitchen team and daily prep. Helps lead service quality control and training. Ideal for someone who works well under pressure and can pivot quickly with grace and focus.
Safety and Sanitation Officer
Ensures food safety cleanliness and regulatory compliance across all culinary spaces. Monitors staff practices performs inspections and leads training. A strong eye for detail and the ability to work calmly and efficiently are key in this role.
Catering Manager
Plans coordinates and executes catering services for events and special functions. Balances client needs staffing logistics and kitchen flow. Perfect for someone who can juggle details in a fast paced setting while delivering exceptional service.
Event Chef

Creative Director of Food
